Pipeline Development Program

With the shortage of school leaders, it is incumbent on school districts to create leadership pipelines of caring practitioners that can continue to mold the district in a strategic direction. Therefore this program allows for a process of application, selection and leadership development to ensure the district has candidates ready to fill next level leadership roles. The goals and outline for this program will differ based on district goals and it will be tailored to the needs of the school district community. The topics and goals are designed based on the needs of the cabinet level leaders.

Goal Development at all levels

Have a problem that is a challenge to solve in a district? This program is designed to address situational issues on an already strained leadership team. This program helps to unpack a particular issue with a trained facilitator to arrive at a resolution or strategic plan. This is an opportunity for “an extra set of hands” that will free the leader to oversee an initiative while attending to their regular responsibilities. The process is designed at the direction of the district/school leader. Shared facilitation or preparation of facilitation materials is included

How It Works

Aligned with Thinking Points, our model of support integrates cognitive
processes in application, communication, generating sustainable solutions

Effective thinking involves key areas of brain research, cognitive science and effective instructional strategies that begin at the leadership level. The model below is an example of how understanding thinking drives performance.
