Overview

Edjuncture is a reliable partner for Leading, Educating, and Learning. Their Training Module is designed to cater to various needs, offering services such as leadership coaching and internal training. They aim to help individuals and organizations by providing high-quality, tailored solutions to enhance leadership skills and empower teams with new knowledge.

Steps to follow
  • Login As Edjuncture Admin or Staff (Co-admin).

  • Add a Trainer in Edjuncture as Staff or Teacher.

  • If Service is not assigned, then Allocate Service to the school.

  • Now Under Training > All Session – Click on Schedule.

  • The Schedule Session form will be open.

  • Fill in all mandatory information as below.

 

  • Select Instruction Type.

  • Select Date/Time

  • Select the Subject/Topic.

  • Select School.

  • Select Instructor.

  • Select/Input or input session duration.

  • Select Repeat – Never for single session and Weekly for recurring.

  • Select End Date – if Weekly is selected under Repeat.

  • Add Attachment – Upload files/ and add links.

  • Select Learner – Multiselect

  • Select Session Mode – In School/Meet/zoom

  • Click SCHEDULE SESSION.

FAQs

Who can schedule the Training session?

In Edjuncture Platform, only Edjuncture Admin/Staff(Co-admin) has the rights to schedule a Training session.

Where upcoming sessions can be viewed for Instructor/Learner.

Instructor sessions can be viewed under Training > Instructor.

And For learners, sessions can be viewed under Training > Learner.

How do Edjuncture notify Instructors/learners about the scheduled session?

Edjuncture will automatically send notifications to the selected Instructors/learners about the scheduled session.

Do we have any attendance mechanisms after completing a session?

Yes, An Instructor can mark attendance after the session is complete. Detailed attendance can be viewed and exported under Attendance > Training.

Do we have any file upload or link sharing limits while scheduling a session?

Yes, File size should be less than or equal to 5 MB, and max 5 file/links can be shared at a time while scheduling.

Can Edjuncture Admin/Staff reschedule or cancel a session after it's scheduled?

Yes, as an admin or staff, you can reschedule or cancel a session if needed.

What if I face technical issues while scheduling the session?

In case of technical issues, you can reach out to Edjuncture’s support team for assistance.
