Edjuncture offers a profile for Guardians. Guardians can access their students’ schedule of classes , notifications for school activities, lesson plans, study materials and much more. Guardians are added by administrators and school staff.

Steps to follow
- Go to school users > Enroll Student
- Enter Student's Basic Info.
- Assign Grade and Enter Enrollment Number
- Enter Guardian details.
- Click Submit, Guardian profile added successfully.
What are mandatory details needed to be filled in for a guardian’s profile?
We need two mandatory pieces of information for activating the guardian’s profile. Their first name and contact number are those two mandatory information with which the profile is created.
What features and modules are available for the Guardian's Profile?
Guardians can manage their students’ profile, can view their schedule of classes, lesson plans, their assignments and study material.
How is the Guardian’s profile managed?
A guardian’s profile is managed like other users under User > Guardian menu.
