Enroll Student

Overview

Here you can enrol your students. Single and multiple teachers can be enrolled.

Prerequisites

During the school setup process, you need to add your school or organization details and School’s grade and subject should be mapped and teachers should be enrolled.

Steps to follow -
Enrolling Mulitple Students at a time.

Multiple students can be enrolled, click on the Student Mass Enrollment tab.

Download the CSV sample for reference, arrange your data accordingly and Make sure you at least fill in the mandatory details. Upload your CSV file containing all the details and click submit.
Note: Only 3000 records can be uploaded at once.

FAQs
How to change student's grade and subject?

The student’s grade and subject can be changed from the student profile.

Go to students menu > find your student > click on edit > go to academic info tab > select subject and grade > Click on update profile.

Where student's guardian information can be added or modified?

The student’s guardian information can be added while enrollment, Guardian information is mandatory when student does not have any email address.

Also parents information can be changed from.

Go to students menu > find your student > click on edit > go to guardian info tab > fill in mandatory fields > Click on update profile.

Required fields for the Student Individual/Mass Enrollment Form below.

Case 1: If student has an email id and a section not created under Grade in school, then mandatory fields are-
Roll Number, First Name, Email, Grade, Pronoun

Case 2: If student has an email ID and a section already created under Grade in school, then the mandatory fields are-
Roll Number, First Name, Email, Grade, Section, Pronoun

Case 3: If student does not have an email ID and the section was not created under grade in school, then the mandatory fields are-
Roll Number, First Name, Grade, Pronoun, Guardian First Name, Guardian Contact

Case 4: If student does not have an email ID and a section already created under Grade in school, then mandatory fields are-
Roll Number, First Name, Grade, Section, Pronoun, Guardian First Name, Guardian Contact


Note: If we submit the Guardian email address (Optional Field) together with the Guardian Contact information, then the entered email will function as the Guardian user name.
